Minced Meat Talhos PraiaSuper
1 cuvette of minced beef 500gr
Black pepper q.b.
Garlic Powder q.b.
Powdered laurel + 2 leaves
8 slices of cheese
8 slices of chorizo
8 slices of ham
Season the minced meat with salt, nutmeg, pepper, garlic powder, basil and bay leaf powder.
Cut some aluminum foil.
Make a rectangle with the meat.
Cover with the slices of ham, the cheese, and the chorizo.
Wrap in aluminum foil.
Once the roll is done, open it.
Make a sauté with the onion, chopped garlic, salt, bay leaf, black pepper.
Grind the mixture and pour it over the meat loaf and close with aluminum foil.
Bake at 170ºC for 30 minutes. Uncover and let it brown.
