Veal for stewing Talhos PraiaSuper
1 Veal Cuvette for Stewing (cut into cubes) Talhos PraiaSuper 500gr
1 chopped onion
2 chopped garlic
1 bay leaf
1/2 sliced beef chorizo
3 tablespoons of tomato pulp
1 tablespoon of chili paste
1 glass of red wine
1 glass of water
Heat the oil in a pan, add the cubed meat, the slices of chorizo and the bay leaf, let it brown a little and add the chopped onion and garlic.
Cook a little and you can add the tomato pulp, red pepper paste, salt and pepper. Mix everything very well and sprinkle with red wine.
Let it boil and cover.
Cook over low heat for about 1h30. If you need water, add little by little so the meat doesn’t dry out.
Rectify the seasonings.
