1 Cuvette of Pork Rojões
Chili paste q.b.
2 crushed garlic
1/2 glass of white wine
Salt and Pepper q.b.
2 bay leaves
Black olives, pickles q.b.
Season the meat with salt, red pepper, pepper, crushed garlic, bay leaves and white wine and marinate.
In a frying pan put the oil, let it heat up.
Place the pieces of meat (rojões) with the marinade, stir occasionally until they are well fried.
Place the meat on a platter with the pickles and mix everything together. Put the olives and chopped coriander on top.
It can be served with cubed French fries.
