Pork Chops with Beer
1 Cuvette of Pork Chops from the Cachaço
2 garlic cloves
Salt, pepper q.b.
Juice of 1/2 lemon
150ml of beer
2 tablespoons of tomato pulp
Season the chops with salt, pepper, crushed garlic, lemon juice. Let it marinate a little.
Add the tomato pulp to the beer.
In a frying pan, without adding any kind of fat, add the chops and the marinade and also the beer mixture.
Let it cook over low heat until the chops are well cooked and the sauce is thick.
