Pork Steaks Talhos Praia Super
1 Cuvette of Pork Steaks 400gr
2 large onions
1 can of chopped tomato
1 can of beer 33cl
0.5dl of olive oil
1 beef bouillon cube
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon sweet pepper
Salt and pepper q.b.
Season the steaks with salt, paprika, bay leaves, chilli and beer and let marinate for approximately 20 minutes.
Peel and wash the onions, finely chop the garlic.
In a frying pan, put the oil, let it heat up, add the onions and garlic, let it sauté until the onion is soft.
Add the steaks with the marinade, tomato and beef stock, adjust seasonings, cover and boil for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and let the steam out.
