Fresh Sausages with Mushrooms
Ingredients
1 Cuvette of Fresh Sausages 400gr
400gr of fresh mushrooms
400gr of potatoes
2 chopped garlic
2dl of olive oil
coriander
Salt q.b.
Pepper q.b.
Preparation
Wash the potatoes well with the skin. Place in a pan, cover with water, season with salt and heat until cooked.
Peel and chop the garlic.
Wash and cut the mushrooms in four.
In a frying pan with the olive oil and the chopped garlic, add the sausages and let them sauté. Then add the mushrooms and let it cook.
Once cooked, drain the potatoes and cut in half.
Add the potatoes to the skillet where the sausages are and let them sauté a little longer.
Add a little more salt and pepper. Finally, sprinkle with chopped coriander.
