Chicken Breast Salad with Pasta
Ingredients
3 Chicken Breasts
Salt
Black Pepper q.b.
Garlic Powder q.s.
1 teaspoon of paprika
Olive oil
Fine herbs q.s.
1 tablespoon of white wine
1 red onion (chopped)
1 green apple (cubes)
Chopped parsley
Preparation
Cut the chicken breasts into cubes, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, fine herbs to your taste, 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix it all up.
In a frying pan, pour 1 tablespoon of oil and add the cubes of chicken breast and let it fry a little.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta to your liking separately, with only salt, for 8 minutes.
Drain the pasta, add 1 tablespoon of oil and mix. Reserve and let it cool down a bit.
Add 1 tablespoon of white wine to the chicken cubes and cook for another 10 minutes.
Chop the onion and green apple and add to the pasta, mix everything and finally add the chicken cubes. Mix everything again and you can serve with the chopped parsley on top.
